All programs, courses, memberships, and coaching services offered by Bhushan Gaikwad are delivered digitally and/or virtually. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Because these are digital products and services, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except under the specific conditions outlined in the section below.
A 100% refund is available only if all of the following conditions are met:
To be eligible for a refund, the participant must:
Fully implement Bhushan’s strategies exactly as taught, without deviation.
Test a minimum of 30 different products, with clear proof of testing (such as store links, ad accounts, product research records, or other verifiable evidence).
Actively participate in support mechanisms, depending on the program purchased:
If enrolled in a group coaching or membership program, the participant must consistently attend Bhushan’s group coaching calls or be able to show valid proof of participation and engagement.
If enrolled in 1:1 coaching, the participant must book and attend scheduled 1:1 coaching calls whenever they are stuck or need guidance.
Follow the program for its intended duration, applying the strategies seriously and consistently.
Demonstrate that zero sales were made, despite completing all the above steps, with verifiable proof.
Only if all conditions are satisfied and the participant still achieves zero sales, they will be eligible for a 100% refund.
A refund will not be granted if:
The strategies were not fully implemented
Fewer than 30 products were tested
Coaching calls were skipped, avoided, or not booked when guidance was available
The participant failed to show up consistently or take action
The participant abandoned the program midway
The lack of results was due to inactivity, partial effort, or non-compliance
If the required work was not completed, the participant is not eligible for any refund.

In the event of a duplicate payment, please email us within 7 days with valid payment proof. Upon verification, we may issue a course credit or resolve the issue at our discretion.
